Co-creation
Working together towards a common vision
Bringing multiple stakeholders together is the key to progress. We draw from our toolkit of co-creation processes to ensure the greatest impact.
Our team’s intermediary and facilitation skills are employed to help bring different perspectives to the table, work towards clearly-defined goals, and to reach diverse audiences.
Our co-creation approaches can respond to multiple objectives.
Silo-busting across public sector organisations
We work with different departments and agencies to build a more rounded appreciation of the multiple benefits of nature - social, economic and environmental. Expert facilitators demonstrate how nature based solutions can align with city, EU and global policy objectives and requirements and how to influence key decision makers.
Co-creating new business and governance models
Our business model canvas guidebooks and workshops have been tried and tested across hundreds of different user contexts. They provide an easy to use, jargon-free tool which helps stakeholders from all walks of life come together to capture in a visual format the story of their nature based solutions.
Exploring nature-connectedness
We partner with specialised art-based co-creation experts to explore the importance of nature for different individuals. By connecting deeply with individual experiences through the medium of poetry and art, a common appreciation of the vital role of nature emerges and unifies diverse stakeholders.
